By accessing or using Smart Price Traffic School ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
You must be a Florida-licensed driver to enroll in our courses. By enrolling, you confirm that you are eligible to take the elected course per Florida DHSMV requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may not share your account or allow another person to take the course on your behalf. Identity verification is required and will be conducted at various points during the course.
Florida DHSMV requires a minimum time commitment for course completion. You must complete all modules in order, pass the final exam with 80% or higher, and successfully pass identity verification checks. Attempts to circumvent time tracking, share accounts, or cheat on exams will result in course termination without refund.
Payment is required before course access is granted. Course enrollment and add-on features are available at different pricing tiers (Basic, Premium, VIP) or as individual purchases. Full refund and add-on refund terms are detailed in our Refund Policy.
Add-on features (audio narration, study guide, expedited certificate, insurance discount letter, unlimited exam retakes) may be purchased individually or included as part of a pricing tier. Access to certain features is contingent on course completion and/or passing the final exam.
The insurance discount letter is only generated and made available on your dashboard after you have successfully completed the full course and passed the final exam. Purchasing this feature (individually or as part of the VIP tier) does not guarantee issuance of the letter; issuance requires course completion and a passing exam score. No refund will be provided for the insurance discount letter if the course is not completed or the exam is not passed. By purchasing this feature, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.
Upon successful course completion, we will generate a completion certificate and electronically report your completion to the Florida DHSMV, typically within 1 business day. We are not responsible for delays caused by the DHSMV system.
Smart Price Traffic School provides this service on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
All course content, study guides, certificates, insurance discount letters, and other materials provided through the Service are the proprietary property of Smart Price Traffic School and are licensed solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, share, upload, or make available any course materials to any third party, whether for free or for compensation. Materials purchased as add-on features (including but not limited to study guides and insurance discount letters) are licensed to the individual purchaser only. Violation of this section may result in account termination without refund and may subject you to legal action.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
