If you request a refund within 24 hours of enrollment and have not started the course (no module progress recorded), you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
If you have begun the course but completed less than 25% of the content, you may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion. Contact our support team to discuss your situation.
Refunds are not available after completing more than 25% of the course, after passing the final exam, after a completion certificate has been issued, or if your account was terminated due to cheating or identity verification failure.
Add-on features (audio narration, study guide, expedited certificate, insurance discount letter, unlimited exam retakes) purchased individually or as part of a tier bundle are eligible for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided the feature has not been accessed or used.
The insurance discount letter is only generated and made available on your dashboard upon successful course completion and a passing exam score. If you purchase this add-on (individually or as part of the VIP tier) and do not complete the course or pass the exam, the insurance discount letter will not be issued and no refund will be provided for that portion of the purchase. By purchasing this feature, you acknowledge that course completion and a passing exam score are required to receive the letter.
Tier bundle purchases (Basic, Premium, VIP) are treated as a single course enrollment for refund purposes. The refund eligibility follows the same rules as course enrollment refunds above. Individual add-on features included in a tier bundle cannot be refunded separately from the bundle.
Email support@smartpricetrafficschool.com with your full name, email address used for enrollment, and reason for the refund request. We aim to process all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
