If you request a refund within 24 hours of enrollment and have not started the course (no module progress recorded), you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
If you have begun the course but completed less than 25% of the content, you may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion. Contact our support team to discuss your situation.
Refunds are not available after completing more than 25% of the course, after passing the final exam, after a completion certificate has been issued, or if your account was terminated due to cheating or identity verification failure.
Email support@smartpricetrafficschool.com with your full name, email address used for enrollment, and reason for the refund request. We aim to process all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
